A Clear, Structured Approach

From initial enquiry to ongoing support, we follow a defined process to ensure every renewable heating and energy system performs as it should.

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with a detailed discussion about your property, existing systems and long-term goals. This helps us assess suitability, funding options and the right combination of heating and energy solutions.

2. Survey & System Design

We carry out full assessments including heat loss calculations, emitter checks and electrical considerations where required. Your system is then carefully designed to suit your property and usage.

3. Installation

Our experienced team installs and commissions your heat pump, solar or supporting upgrades to high standards, ensuring everything operates safely and efficiently from day one.

4. Handover & Ongoing Support

We guide you through your new system, optimise performance settings and provide servicing and long-term support to protect your investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are heat pumps suitable for older properties?

Yes, when designed correctly. We carry out full heat loss calculations and assess your existing radiators, insulation and hot water system to ensure suitability. Many traditional properties can successfully run on heat pumps with the right system design.

Will I need to replace my radiators?

Not always. During the survey and design stage, we assess whether your current emitters are correctly sized. Some properties require upgrades to maximise efficiency, but we only recommend changes where necessary.

What grants are available for heat pumps?

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme currently provides funding towards eligible heat pump installations. We’ll guide you through available grants and confirm whether your property qualifies.

How long does installation take?

Most residential heat pump installations take a few days, depending on the complexity of the system and whether additional upgrades are required.

Will a heat pump reduce my energy bills?

When properly designed and installed, a heat pump can significantly reduce running costs compared to oil, LPG or direct electric heating. Performance depends on property type, insulation and system design.

Do you offer servicing after installation?

Yes. We provide ongoing servicing and maintenance to ensure your system continues operating efficiently and reliably for years to come.

Do you only install heat pumps?

Heat pumps are our core focus, but we also design and install solar PV and battery systems, along with heating system upgrades that support renewable performance.
